"Zielony Punkt" Recovery Organization S.A. was established in 2003 and acts in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 11th May 2001 on the Obligations of Business Enterprises in Respect to the Management of Certain Wastes, the Product Fee and the Deposit Fee.
"Zielony Punkt" takes over the imposed legal obligation to recover and recycle packaging waste from business enterprises. With the conclusion of the agreement, we guarantee the obtainment of the assumed levels of recycling and take over all obligations related to reporting and settling accounts with the Authorities.
From the very start, our Organization has actively participated in the formation of the all-Polish system of selective waste collection. Our main objective is to use the financial means obtained as recycling fees to build up a permanent system of selective waste collection, its recovery and recycling.
"Zielony Punkt" is a professional, independent recovery organization which executes the legal requirement against a reasonable fee.
